Minimalist Lifestyle
There are tons and I mean TONS of minimalist rules.
The 333 rule, is to dress with only 33 items of clothing for 3 months.
The 20-20 rule, is where you sell everything that you don't NEED then when you need something, you can buy it within 20 minutes, for less than 20 dollars.
The 90-90 rule, is when you go to your closet and ask two questions. Have you worn this in the last 90 days? Will you wear it in the next 90 days? If the answer is no to both. Put it in a box and come back to it, or you can sell or donate those items.
These are just a few of the MANY minimalist rules.
All that being said, I have spent hours watching different YouTubers talk about these rules and how becoming a minimalist has changed their life for the better. Ultimately getting rid of clutter and crap gets rid of stress and gives them, a lot more happiness.
SOOOO... I am on a new path in life. Becoming a MINIMALIST...ISH haha
Over the next couple of weeks, I will be showing my progress.
This idea is not just to declutter and remove stress from all the "things". It also will help with overspending! Less buying stuff means more money! Financial education was something I never got taught growing up. I am excited to grow up financially and start making my money work for me and not evaporate.
I am currently becoming a firefighter and learning how to become an EMT. But once I have enough free time. I hope to start a YouTube channel and show what I have learned!
Cheers!
